These are 180mm TwinForce® Diagonal Cutters with a black atramentized finish and Multi-Componant Grips.
Twin-Force® Diagonal Cutters offer an extreme leverage advantage due to the Patented Double-Joint pivot being extremely close to the cutting blades.
Twin-Force® Diagonal Cutters are made from Chrome vanadium heavy-duty steel, forged, oil-hardened.
For Rough or Fine Cutting
More comfortable to use and allow you to cut through stronger or harder metal that traditional cutters due to the Twin-Force® design which cuts 50% easier.
When cutting through thicker materials such as 4mm thick wire you should first notch the wire then re-seat it in jaws, allowing wire up to 4mm to be cut without any problem.
Twin-Force high leverage cutters use a Patented Double-Joint construction as this allows the pivot point to be extremely close to the cutting blades allowing for an impressive 39 times amplification in manual force. 
Cutting Blades are additionally induction hardened to approximately 62 HRC
Also includes an opening spring for ease of opening for continuous use
