SINKRO Ltd is a Machinery Automation and Systems Integrator founded in 2023 in the North East of England.

The backbone of SINKRO is an engineer with over 35 years of engineering experience across a wide range of industries. We have great ideas for almost every problem and execute turnkey solutions methodically and professionally.

Ready to solve the most technical of problems, SINKRO will design complex PLC control, drives and safety systems and build your electrical panels. All work is typically in accordance with EN60204-1 whilst considering the wider Directives and designed to work first time.

We will also plan the field wiring and containment, use registered electricians for installations and an engineer will check all the work point-to-point before careful power-up and commissioning.

We write PLC and HMI software to very high standards of diagnostics and reliability within your budget. Extensive performance acceptance testing is carried out, and a TÜV accredited engineer in Functional Safety for Machinery (FS ENG) will carry out Validation and Verification to BS13849, essential for CE/UKCA marking.

We also offer mechanical design using 3D CAD and will design/develop pneumatics and process solutions to deliver turnkey projects or act as a proactive part of a larger specialist team.

We specialise in solutions using Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix Safety PLCs and CIP Safety Drives from PowerFlex to Kinetix. With experience of other major PLC platforms such as OMRON Sysmac Studio, we will consider alternatives where they are the better solution.

PLC Data Collection to CSV

You have Allen Bradley or Omron PLC’s in your machine or process and you want to collect machine data to a PC storage drive in a comma-separated CSV format to open in Excel for traceability or reporting. For this, try out our SINKRO Server software, it’s free to download on this website, its fast and intuitive to create your solution, only then may you be required pay to have continuous uninterrupted use. The software is designed to be used on a dedicated PC running Windows 10 or 11 and placed in the OT environment, it’s flexible in its approach and it could easily have everything you need for fast results and a complete solution. It’s from a trusted local source, developed in-house by SINKRO. Alternatively, we can implement it for you, just get in touch and discuss. FYI, we can also create bespoke PLC/PC software for unusual and specific cases as required.
